Note: This product is designed for the 1994½ to 2003 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. It will not work on earlier 7.3L IDI powered trucks, including the early 1994 "Turbo Diesel" IDI. 1994½ to 1997 and early 1999 Power Stroke and International trucks are fitted with smaller volume injectors than the late 1999 and up Super Duty trucks, and as such are limited to increases of about 80 HP for the 1994½ to 1997 and 100 HP for the early 1999. Some trucks, depending on tolerances, may be able to utilize up to 80 HP and 120 HP respectively, but we cannot guarantee that the power gains will be achieved.

Super easy installation, and most definitely the most impactful modification I’ve made to my 7.3 powerstroke. The difference in performance, shifting, response, etc is immediately noticeable. I wish I would’ve done this modification sooner. When paired with my 4” MBRP exhaust, it sounds incredible and is a real head turner. If you’re on the fence, just buy it, follow the YouTube content for installation closely, and get it done! You won’t regret it.

Trucks mean with the tunes gets a good bit better mileage in the 60hp daily tune and will shut up the guys that say 7.3 can barely pull themself up the road more less keep up with traffic any day of the week Not to mention I can black out the road if I want in MAKE SURE you load your ecm code in the top of the format if your loading tunes yourself only complaint is if you get a little wet behind the ear and run the truck in hotter tunes and beat on it a little more then normal your trans will be gone in a couple weeks
So far, just driving on short trips, this tuner has performed wonderfully! Can’t wait to see the performance improvement when we pull Black Mountain with 7,000 lbs of travel trailer on the back next week. I hope I can update this with the results when we return. It’s been a little difficult in the past with a shorter gear (3.55), but I have faith in Jelibuilt’s product. Brian has been outstanding and very responsive to my emails. That means a lot to me.
Night and day difference in the old girl. I just got the Hydra with stock tunes but it was an immediate noticeable difference. I didn't realize the controller was so small, I wouldn't have ordered the flush mount for it but it's all in and works great. When cleaning the PCM off check to see if it's clean with a quick scrape of your fingernail. I have not tried anything past the 80hp tune because my truck is stock aside from the chip.
Best upgrade for the 7.3l, it really brings it to life
The tuning at even the free level was a night and day difference in my truck. I included a snap of the PID‘s from my engine after install. I was going to also put one up before install, but honestly, their identical, which is amazing the power they can get with the timing change, but not opening up the fuel injectors for more power I am genuinely impressed. It shifts better, I gained 1.2 mile a gallon on the first tank and time will tell if mileage actually improves or not but honestly, I wasn’t looking for fuel mileage improvement. I wanted more power without burning much more fuel, and that has definitely been achieved. Now I can pull out on the highway and the truck is raring to go. It’s not slowly spinning up to get up to highway speed and when you touch the foot feet, it responds faster than it ever has on my 2000 F250 7.3 with 243,000 miles. I would recommend this to anybody, all day long. Installation was easy. The programming was painless and just nothing about this was difficult. Take your time, read the instructions and you will have no issues with this product now you might have an issue with the muscles on your face because you’re gonna smile a lot, but not with the product.

As for the hydra, perfect as always, the bully dog tunes, I only saw 19psi boost. On the hydra with stock tunes, 25 and that wasn’t beefing on her, so it could be more.
Absolutely sweet
I bought my truck a little over 2 years ago from the original owner that bought it in Sept of 99, it was all stock except the unknown chip. It never shifted right especially in any setting other than stock. I finally bought a Hydra and removed the old chip to find it was of course a T/S Performance. This new Hydra makes the truck shift so much better and it just drives better in general. I have a Hydra on my 96 but it’s a manual so the shift benefits were unknown until now.
Best money I’ve ever spent on my 7.3. The video is the night I put it on in the 140 extreme tune. I have a straight pipe and S&B intake on my truck, and now a Hydra
Very nice tunes, I get about 15mpg in fuel sipper tune, could use a smoke tune tho the extreme tune has some smoke but it’s not too crazy, video was on 100hp tune and I gave it mayyybe 1/2 throttle

Love it, fit right where I wanted it and looks perfect.
Very easy to install. It literally took about 30 minutes to install after watching the videos, and most of that time was unboxing everything. My 2000 F250 7.3l went from 13 mpg to 16.2 - 18mpg depending on how easy I am on the throttle. The power is a huge increase from stock and perfect for me. I mainly use the 80hp Daily Driver tune.

The truck had a brand X chip. Trans had been replaced by previous owner 20k miles ago. I had to replace the trans and it was any wonder because of the previous shift strategy. Decided to make the switch. Using stock tunes with modified valve body. Lots of choices to download. Works great for everyday and towing. Everyday 65hp is my sweet spot. Also have 65hp & 80hp towing. Love the No Start feature as well.

Excellent tuner and super quick shipping! Literally received it and installed within 2 days! Man I should’ve gotten one of these things sooner. I didnt want to do anything that’d hurt the reliability of my ol peepaw truck, but it definitely was a bit sluggish. I just did 40/65hp daily driver and tow tunes. My chip came not programmed but it was probably my fault. But when I called for help they explained how to program it. It was simple enough even I could do it. Installation was a breeze with all the videos on it. With several programs to choose from. It really woke my truck up. I use my 1999. 7.3 to pull my stump grinder around. No more sluggish acceleration and no more turbo lag. What a big difference. It’s like a different truck. I would recommend it for everyone with a 7.3.
