Full Force Diesel 7.3L Powerstroke stage 3 hybrid 205cc performance injectors to increase the drivability and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower up to 475-5oohp at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstoke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 500 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungston coated plungers and barrels. The larger nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is optimal for the 17 degree HPOP. This saves money on a new HPOP system by utilizing the system you already have. The 30% will have minimal smoke output compared to the larger nozzle therefore reducing EGTS. This is an excellent up upgrade for those who are running factory HPOPS. Typically STG 1.5's (160/30's) with a factory HPOP will drop ICP at WOT to undesirable pressure due to being a coventional. These will maintain much better ICP with even the weakest of factory Pumps. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck. We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged. Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. All cores charges refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil. Shipping includes a return label for your cores.

OE Injectors were on the way out. So i emailed Jeli a few times trying to decide which ones to go with, settled on these 205/30s. I'm happy with them so far. Not a HUGE difference in performance, but I didn't want to put too much to the late '02 engine. Runs like a top now with Jeli single shot tunes.
Overall very happy so far shipping was hassle free I got the injectors installed and my valve cover harness started smoking on the second start up so I still don't have it running right/ all the air out of the system but that's a separate issue I will 100% be buying from here again
Fast Shipping and really woke the truck up! Only regret was not installing these sooner! Some say the 205/80s are too smokey but I haven’t had that experience
