These Injectors increase the performance and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 50-100 hp to the rear wheels with a performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstoke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases from 50-75 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. NEW tungston coated plungers and barrels and brand NEW nozzles. Please choose the flow rate for your injectors. You can choose 160cc or 180cc. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25 hp less than the 180cc option. Each set is matched to within 1%. Come with an outstanding 18 month warranty. Complete set of eight.
Core charge required. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck. We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.
Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. All cores charges refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil. Shipping includes a return label for your cores.

Great Improvement, pulls better than most 6.7 Cummins
Absolutely enjoyed working with jelibuilt i wasnt to sure about what was going on as this is my first powerstroke and was assured it was in fact the injectors no start unless plugged in and alot of smoke and missing on 1 cylinder got the new ones in and Absolutely love how this truck runs
Swapped these stage 1 180cc injectors onto my wife's 2001 Excursion 4x4. The power increase along with the Hydra were amazing. Simply put it is so much better in EVERY way. We went from 13.25mpg to 15.8mpg on the same mixed highway city driving, and that was not driving for efficiency with the injectors and Hydra. The kids love the power too.
Performance has been very well. I do have other issues like check engine light stays on but do not believe this has anything to do with the tunes

Just installed the Full Force Stage 1 160/0% injectors with the KC Stage 1 turbo So far so good. Not enough miles to submit a true review, but can definitely feel the difference 🤙🏻🇺🇸⚓️🇮🇱
So far, these 180’s are a huge step up from the original tired injectors! Even tuned down, they perform well. Cant wait to upgrade to a bigger turbo and HPOP to get the full effect
Injectors came very quickly. I got the Jellibuilt tunes with my order and it has made a night and day difference in the way my truck drives! Highly recommend.
