My previous tuner (Ts performance) with Gearhead tunes was ok but rough. Switching to the Hydra and Jelibuilt tunes completely changed the drivability of the truck. I had 2 request: a crisp throttle response, and tb be able to run in full power most of the time. I could not be happier the power comes on smooth, the engine has leaned out, economy has improved. I feel a solid increase in power as well

Stage 1.5 30% nozzles from full force on a stock turbo pretty fun setup need a bigger turbo soon and will update tuning but this tuning is by far the best for 7.3s

I had a TS performance chip before this and basically kept the same tunes on it for the last 5 years. Now with the new chip, I’m looking forward to have more access to fine tuning setting that work for me. Right off the bat, I enjoy the transmission shift points. I also notice the truck has a lot more power with little to no smoke.

The hydra chip is great and the tunes are great, but most importantly, I’m blown away by the customer service. I initially ordered I put in the wrong code somehow for my computer. I installed the chip, not knowing this, but quickly discovered that my truck would not function properly and cannot be driven without having this addressed. I called customer service with the correct code and within 20 minutes I had custom tunes made specifically for me in my email for the correct computer so I was able to be driving my truck again within about 30 minutes. That’s customer service. I’m made the mistake, it was my fault and they still helped me fix it so I could be back on the road as quick as possible.

Absolutely phenomenal purchase. The tunes themselves are all very clean and run great, typical pre-emissions diesel hazing under load, but I have to lug the heck out of the old 7.3 to get it to actually smoke, which is exactly what I wanted. The ship speed is phenomenal, I could be wrong but I believe it was shipped with overnight so it could arrive at the same time as a wheel I ordered since the tracking # didn't hit my email till the day before. I only paid for standard ground shipping, wheel took 4 days from me getting the tracking. That's grade A customer service if I've ever seen it. Everything showed up in a timely fashion, works as it should. Also got more stickers than I know what to do with lol.

Tunes are night and day compared to the custom tunes from full force diesel. I enjoy driving my truck again without the high harsh shift points. Have not tested out the high performance tunes yet, as I'm still breaking in my new engine, but the eco mode is a treat to drive. Keeps the RPMs low and I'm looking forward to hand calculating my next MPGs

2001 7.3 4x4 Lariat - Bone Stock The absolute best upgrade hands down. The daily driver really woke my truck up and quieted my want for additional performance parts (Cold air intake / exhaust). If you're on the fence, give it a try... you can always return it for a refund.

Hydra are very easy to install and very user friendly. Jelibuilt tunes are so far the best tunes I’ve found. Run them on multiple different trucks and they never disappoint. Great power and trans shifting is very good as well.

Went from a old bullydog tuner to the jellibuilt hydra chip always thought the truck ran worse then it was supposed to and kept having problems with shift points and fuel and turbo issues due to the tuner and finally made the switch and completely woke the truck up and now it runs like never before and even idles better and shifts better. Was supper easy to install had it done in 45 minutes best purchase for this truck so far!

I originally order my hydra tuner from them and I supplied the wrong information. Completely my fault, I told them my issues they walked me through the process of verifying my parts and information and gave me help figuring how to move forward. Once I verified my information they sent me the correct tunes very quickly. Very helpful, great product, great customer service, fast responses and the custom tunes I received from jellibuilt woke the truck up a lot and made the transmission shift much smoother. I Installed a BD Thruster 2, oversize injectors, 4" exhaust etc. on my 99 F350 a few years back. I had never tuned or chipped the truck until now. It runs better and smokes less with the Hydra and custom Jeli tunes

I had a bullydog GT tuner and I just knew I wasn’t getting the most out of my truck with it. I heard horror stories about transmissions getting ate up with them. I’ve already got a BD transmission in my truck so I figured it was time to optimize the ol dinosaur 7.3… & let me tell ya…wow. I’m thoroughly impressed. I Bought this 00 f250 used with the typical story of larger injectors, etc. etc. none of that was accurate haha, bought the tuner with tune files for the supposed installed injectors, Drove the truck and immediately could tell that something was not right. I emailed them and they literally responded within minutes. They had my truck up and running with other tunes sent to me within the half hour.I was highly impressed with their customer service. Needless to say, my truck runs and shifts amazing prior to this tuner it had an old Three? position, SCT flash style tuner, which it’s smoked like a freight train, which I did not like. The truck runs and shifts night and day improvement. I would buy this tuner for any of my future trucks first upgrade.

I had a new turbo, exhaust and a stage2 trans put in my truck and hated how it shifted and ran. And then I watched some videos about the Hyde chip. I contacted power hungry and they referred me to jellibuilt. I called and spoke to I believe Brian and he said he could help me out so I decided to order my custom tuned hydra chip. Received it on a Friday and installed it on Saturday. Took it for the test run thru all 6 tunes and I now Love my 7.3. I came home and told my wife I didn’t think I was going to like it. Excursion runs better than it ever has. Had a TS 6 position and never shifted correctly with an ATS stage 4. Shifts are firm now but doesn't kick me like it used to. Fast shipping, excellent support. Throw your TS in the trash and get custom tunes!

I've had a lot of experience with other tuners over the years. I've had great experiences with all the tuners ive worked with, but I wanted to try out Brian's tuning as well. This truck was recently purchased and is bone stock, but these tunes are very impressive for an otherwise stock truck. I expected the trans to be upset about it, but even the biggest tune shifts great. There's a couple shift points that I wouldn't mind changing very slightly that is likely due to the truck having 35" tires on it, but for now it's awesome and I'll get more in depth with getting the shifts perfect when I get the built trans, hybrids, and big turbo on it.

Second gear has a bit of a dummy shift in it under light throttle. WOT pulls timing at the top of the gear but I think it’s because I don’t have a boost fooler. Super happy with the tuner overall though.

LOVE the tunes.. has woke up my 7.3, EGTS are lower than ever, and now accelerates up the hills without excessive temps!!.. the 3M tape kinda sux.. it doesn't really stick to my dash but we will see what it does on a road trip with a 16ft trailer!!!

I have done everything to my truck trying to make it a better truck for towing 4"ATS turbo housing cold air intake triple disk billet torque converter john woods valve body large transmission cooler and large transmission pan with cooler Rudy"s aluminum inter cooler new bellow up pipes but it just felt weak until I removed the edge programmer and installed the jelibuilt Hydra tuner I had no idea I would love this chip so much! I just wish I had known about it years ago.
