The XDP Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Top End Gasket Kit with Headstuds provides the components you need to service the top end of your Ford 7.3L Powerstroke, in one convenient package. This kit includes the MAHLE HS54204A Head Set, which is an OE-style gasket set designed to give you a factory fit and long service life.

Also included is the XDP X220 Series Head Stud Kit (XD3001HS). These head studs are made from 8740 Chromoly Steel and rated at over 225,000 psi tensile strength. They provide excellent clamping force while helping to prevent head gasket failure. The threads are rolled after heat treatment for improved fatigue resistance, and studs are reusable, unlike factory Torque-To-Yield bolts. This kit comes complete with studs, washers, 12-point nuts, and installation instructions.

To ensure proper installation of the head studs, this kit also includes the XDP Thread Cleaning Chaser (M12 x 1.75). An essential tool for cleaning the internal threads of the engine block. By removing debris, old sealants, and anything else in the way, you can ensure that the head studs will be properly installed and torqued.

Speaking of torquing your head studs, the XTRA Slick Engine & Fastener Assembly Lube is included in this package. For the purposes of this kit, it's included to allow you to properly lube, install, and torque the head studs during installation. If you're tearing into your engine further, the XTRA Slick can be used anywhere else you need an assembly lube. Formulated with high-viscosity oil and anti-wear additives, it offers protection to critical engine components. Its tacky formula adheres to engine parts, preventing rust and corrosion. This lubricant disperses in oil after startup to help maintain oil passage clearance.

Putting all these parts together into one convenient kit gives you the components you need to replace or reseal the cylinder heads on your 7.3L Powerstroke engine.
