Oil is the lifeblood of an engine, and in a hardworking diesel engine like the 7.3L Powerstroke, keeping that oil cool is essential to the engine's health. The stock 1994-2003 7.3L Powerstroke liquid-to-liquid oil cooler transfers heat out of the oil and into engine coolant to properly regulate fluid temperatures. It’s a stout design that typically performs well. With some of these 7.3L trucks nearing 30 years of age, it's common to find debris clogging the oil cooler internal passages and leaks from the factory O-rings. That's why Mishimoto is proud to offer a high-quality replacement oil cooler for your 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. This direct-fit replacement cooler, complete with new gaskets and O-rings, will restore your 7.3L Powerstroke’s oil cooling efficiency and protect your engine from unnecessary wear.
Like all Mishimoto 7.3L Powerstroke products, this replacement oil cooler is backed by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of worry-free driving.

Professional installation of this product is highly recommended. Please see factory service manual for removal and installation instructions. Many oil cooler failures are caused by clogged coolant passages. These clogs prevent heat transfer between the oil and coolant. Mishimoto recommends flushing the vehicle’s coolant when replacing the oil cooler and installing a coolant filter kit to prevent future clogging.
