CNC Fabrication Stage 2 High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) - 7.3 Powerstroke
If you're running bigger hybrids or just want the 7.3 to snap to attention, this is the pump. CNC Fab's in-house swash housing upgrade pushes this Stage 2 to about 30% more flow than a brand-new Bosch 99.5-03 pump. That's plenty of volume to hold 250/100 hybrid injectors, and CNC has data logged one of these on their own drag truck running 250/200 injectors, holding 3000+ psi at 40-45% duty cycle all season.
It's built best for 230-250cc 100% nozzle hybrids, but it also wakes up stock injectors with better throttle response. Results in a hot or race tune can vary with injector builder and the condition of your high pressure oil system o-rings, and anything bigger than 250cc will likely need a larger pump setup.
Pick the right one for your year: 1996-2003 trucks get PN 424018. 1994.5-1995 trucks get PN 424016, built for the early trucks' different front engine cover with the anti-drain back in the pump.

Injector Compatibility
Works with: Stock to 250cc injectors, best matched to 230-250cc 100% nozzle hybrids
Not for: Injectors larger than 250cc, which will likely need a larger pump setup
Core Charge
The price includes a $300 refundable core charge. Once your old pump is returned, the $300 is refunded. 94.5-95 cores need to be the correct early housing to get full credit.
