FASS ND TS F14 220G 220GPH No-Drop Titanium Signature Series Fuel System & Sump 7.3/6.0

$904.00

Brand: FASS

If you're running bigger injectors, this No-Drop kit is the step up. It's FASS's Titanium Signature Series at 220 gallons per hour and a preset 60-65 PSI, with the fuel sump included so you don't drop the tank. It's meant for moderate to extreme 7.3 builds.

The No-Drop kit bundles FASS's single-bolt fuel sump with the system, so you pick up fuel from the bottom of the tank with a big reservoir bowl that keeps the pump fed when fuel sloshes on a low tank. As the name says, you don't have to drop the tank to install it, and buying it as a kit costs less than getting the system and sump separately. The kit comes with FASS's billet 6061-T6 bulkhead/suction tube, which gives you a 5/8" pickup and a 1/2" return in one fitting. That means no cutting into the filler neck. The PTFE pickup tube trims to your tank depth, and when it's set up right you can run down to about 1/8 tank. Everything that makes the Titanium Signature Series our go-to: FASS Whisper Technology keeps pump noise way down, radiused internal passages keep air from getting whipped back into the fuel, and the Mass Flow Return design sends unused fuel back to the tank after it's been filtered, so the fuel in your system is always being cleaned. It mounts on machined steel brackets that use your factory bed bolt, so there's no drilling or welding on the frame to hang the pump.
